Product Details

The complete line mainly consists of a parallel twin-screw extruder, feeding system, hydraulic screen changer, melt pump, T-die, L-type three-roll calender, haul-off and edge-trimming unit, coating and drying unit, edge-recycling system and winding unit.


The main extruder is equipped with a two-stage high-vacuum degassing system that removes moisture and volatile substances directly during melting and plasticizing. This eliminates the crystallizing and dehumidifying system normally required by conventional PET single-screw extrusion lines.


The line supports virgin PET resin, recycled PET bottle flakes and biodegradable PLA materials. Key components, including the screws and calender rolls, are precision-machined. Sheet width, thickness, output capacity and downstream configuration can be customized according to the customer’s material and thermoforming requirements.
