Product Details

  • The PP/PE/ABS thick board extrusion line mainly consists of a material handling and feeding system, a high-torque single-screw or twin-screw extruder, a hydraulic screen changer, a coat-hanger T-die, a three-roll calendering and cooling unit, haul-off equipment, online length measurement, a cut-to-length unit, an automatic stacking system, and a PLC control system.
  • The screw geometry, die flow channels, roll temperatures, haul-off speed, and cooling and forming process are coordinated for the melt-strength, cooling-efficiency and internal-stress requirements of 3–30 mm thick boards.
  • Staged cooling and controlled slow cooling allow internal stress to be released gradually, helping reduce bubbles, delamination, deformation and warpage caused by uneven cooling. The online cutting and stacking system completes board measurement, cutting, conveying and collection according to the preset length.
  • Depending on the configuration, the line can process PP, PE, ABS, modified compounds and qualified recycled materials. Board thickness, effective width, output capacity, surface finish and downstream configuration can be customized.
