PET/PLA/PP/PS Multi-Layer Co-Extrusion Sheet Line

This line uses multiple independent extruders to produce 3- or 5-layer PET, PLA, PP and PS sheet with stable output, uniform layers and precise thickness control for thermoformed packaging.

Product Details

  • This multi-layer co-extrusion sheet line consists of multiple independent extruders, a precision feedblock, a coat-hanger T-die, an L-type three-roll calendering and cooling unit, haul-off and edge-trimming equipment, and a winding unit. It supports integrated production of 3-layer and 5-layer composite sheets.
  • Depending on the project configuration, the line can process PET, PLA, PP and PS materials and can support virgin materials and qualified recycled materials. The extruders, layer ratios, die flow channels, cooling system and downstream units can be configured according to the material properties and target sheet structure.
  • The complete line is equipped with a Siemens PLC control system for centralized management of extrusion, temperature control, forming, haul-off and winding. It provides a high level of automation, stable extrusion, uniform layer distribution and precise thickness control.
  • Finished sheets are suitable for thermoforming applications such as food packaging, medical packaging, disposable tableware, cosmetic containers and electronic component packaging. Output capacity, sheet width, layer structure and automation level can be customized.
